Hi, my name is Darlene MacKinnon. I live in Brudenell near Montague, P.E.I. I have been working since the age of 13 at a varity of jobs from nursing homes,landscaping, grounds keeper, cleaning cottages and even traffic signaler. I love working with people and getting to know them on a personal level. Just the joy in making them laugh is a great way to have fun. I am a mother of four wonderful children and all of them are living at home with me. I have found it very hard with the way prices keep rising to maintain a family of five. It is no longer doable to work only fourteen weeks out of the year at seasonal work. So, I am trying something new in a field that I can do. I have been working over 20 years at cleaning, in nursing homes and landscaping. I have taken courses in Professional Home Organizing and Home Staging. These courses were supplemental to a Home Decorating course in 2010. With this combination of experience and formal training I have launched my new business, "Home Staging and Home Organizing Solutions".
